My mental health makes it too hard:
We’re all different and living with a mental health problem can affect us in different ways, for some of us this makes doing exercise and physical activity even more difficult:
- There’s no wrong time to start exercising as long as you’re physically able.
- Don’t feel pressurised into being active, especially when you’re feeling low. Work with your highs and lows and find something that you will enjoy.
Having a mental health problem can also impact on our physical health – so exercising regularly has an important role in helping us stay physically healthy.
